1. The competition promoter is Monitor Audio Limited, company number 06018892, whose registered office is at 24 Brook Road, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7XJ, United Kingdom.
2. Competition entries will only be valid from 00:01 GMT 16th December 2025 until 23:59 23rd December 2025 inclusive, GMT. No further entries will be accepted after this date.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. A valid email address and internet access are required to enter.
4. To enter the competition, simply enter your name, country of residence, email address, and email preferences via the online entry form.
5. This competition is only available via Monitor Audio Limited.
6. Competition entries will only be accepted from the United Kingdom.
7. Only 1 entry per person will be accepted.
8. Entrants must be at least 18 years old to enter the competition.
9. Employees of Monitor Audio Limited are not permitted to enter the competition.
10. The competition prize is 1x Branded Blue Nation beanie, 1x The Ordinary People CD, 1x The Ordinary People 180g heavyweight vinyl – signed by the band, 1x Branded Blue Nation T-shirt & 1x Branded Blue Nation tote bag
11. A winner will be selected at random on Wednesday, 24th December 2025, and will be contacted via email.
12. The winner will have 7 calendar days from contact to accept their prize, or a further random selection will be made. This will be repeated if necessary until the prize is claimed.
13. The winner will need to confirm their home address and telephone number for the prize to be sent.
14. The competition is only valid against Monitor Audio Limited.
15. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other competition.
16. This competition may not be exchanged for a cash alternative.
17. Monitor Audio Limited reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel this competition at any time, E&OE.
