DTV Installations fits smart sound solutions to a New York apartment
This contemporary New York apartment was kitted out with smart sound solutions by installers DTV. The install featured an integrated home cinema system and some other solutions around the space.
The home cinema used our Controlled Performance CP-IW260X In-Wall Speakers as left and right channels, Super Slim CSS230 In-Ceiling Speakers as surrounds and a Radius 380 subwoofer.
A Controlled Performance
A big problem when installing in apartment building is minimising audio leakage into neighbouring flats. Our Controlled Performance range, as installed in this installation, uses fully sealed back boxes that helps reduce unwanted noise from the rear of the speakers. Ceiling space may also be an issue, so our Super Slim In-Ceiling speaker can be a great choice for a full performance in a restricted space.
