Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.
1. The competition promotor is Monitor Audio Limited, company number 06018892, whose registered office is at 24 Brook Road, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7XJ, United Kingdom.
2. Competition entries will only be valid from 00:01 GMT 1st April 2024 until 23:59 30th April 2024 inclusive, BST. No further entries will be accepted after this date.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. A valid email address and internet access are required to enter.
4. To enter the competition, simply enter your name, country of residence, email address, and email preferences via the online entry form.
5. This competition is only available via Monitor Audio Limited.
6. Competition entries will only be accepted from countries/territories that Monitor Audio Limited operates in. A full list of countries can be viewed here.
7. Only 1 entry per person will be accepted.
8. Entrants must be at least 18 years old to enter the competition.
9. Employees of Monitor Audio Limited are not permitted to enter the competition.
10. The competition prize is 1x Monitor Audio Bronze 200 AV Dolby Atmos® 5.1.2, which comprises 1x pair Bronze AMS Dolby Atmos® Enabled Speakers, 1x pair Bronze 200, 1x Bronze C150, 1x pair Bronze FX, and 1x Bronze W10, all in a black finish.
11. Speaker cables are not included, and must be purchased separately.
12. A winner will be selected at random on Wednesday 1st May 2024, and will be contacted via email.
13. The winner will have 7 calendar days from contact to accept their prize, or a further random selection will be made. This will be repeated if necessary until the prize is claimed.
14. The winner will need to confirm their home address and telephone number in order for the prize to be sent.
15. The competition is only valid against Monitor Audio Limited.
16. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other competition.
17. This competition may not be exchanged for a cash alternative.
18. Monitor Audio Limited reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel this competition at any time, E&OE.
19. Monitor Audio Limited shall use and take care of any personal information in line with its Privacy Policy.
