Why can’t I find my Anthra model on ‘Select Device’?

Firstly, make sure that your device is plugged into the mains and is turned on. Press the power button if it is not orange (confirm colour).

Additionally, make sure that the relevant permissions are accepted. You may need to go into your device’s settings for this.
