We spoke to Instagram follower @anders_weise about his audio equipment, record collection and his favourite album

When did you start collecting records?

I started collecting records about 5 years ago.

My Dad is really into jazz music and some of my best childhood memories were when my Mum was working on night shifts, he would put records on and we would dance around the living room.

What is your favourite record?

My favourite record is ‘Let It Bleed’ by The Rolling Stones, which was released in 1969. My original copy is pretty worn out, so might be time to get a new one.

Who is your favourite artist/band?

This is a really tough question. As I said, I love The Rolling Stones, had an obsession with Lou Reed and of course The Velvet Underground, but I think my favourite is English rock band The Clash.

What is your favourite music based magazine?

I don’t really read a great deal of magazines, but I follow the What Hi-Fi? website for their hi-fi product reviews and testing.
