Due to the phenomenal success and growth that Monitor Audio Group has experienced over the last few years, we’re now turning our attention to our Export Sales strategy and expanding the global export sales team to ensure we can continue to support the continued ambitions of the Group; to reach a new wider audience through a network of global distribution partners and their networks.

We are now recruiting for a driven, product-savvy International Account Manager to join the team. It’s an exciting journey ahead for Monitor Audio Group and we’d love you to be a part of it.

The role

Reporting into the Export Sales Director, you will support existing accounts, and the development of new business opportunities for Monitor Audio Group on an international level. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team of experts and play a pivotal role in the deployment and support of the export sales strategy across all brands within the group and achieving the set sales targets and KPIs.

Main responsibilities

  • To generate and achieve sales targets in line with the agreed global sales strategy and deliver on individual regional sales KPIs
  • You will maintain and nurture existing export markets, their productivity and ensure a professional relationship is always maintained and developed
  • To identity new opportunities – profiling market networks and growing new business
  • You will become an expert on your markets, researching and developing business relationships with existing distribution partners, understanding their needs, and the needs of the sales network
  • You will manage all areas of administration over your region, e.g. contact reports, sales targets, retailer listings, exhibition reports etc
  • Regularly provide and update sales forecasting and analysis
  • Ownership over diary with visit and event planning for distributor and dealer visits, tradeshows, conferences, product launches and other external and internal events
  • Deliver product training as well as brand and product presentations

Who you are

You must have a proven background in building and generating sales in key international markets and possess a solid in-depth knowledge. You should be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering on KPIs and business strategy.

  • A willingness to travel 120 days of the year
  • Have solid commercial aptitude along with solid understanding of product lifecycle/forecasting
  • Strong initiative and proactive nature along with being an excellent team player
  • Excellent account management experience - forward thinking with strong planning & process skills
  • Solid analytical skills and experience in business growth, dealer acquisition and account management
  • Experience with automation platforms and CRM systems is advantageous
  • Additional languages language skills are a distinct advantage as well as a solid and comprehensive understanding of the products and industry

Interfaces and reporting lines

The International Account Manager is a permanent, full-time role and Monitor Audio Group will provide a comprehensive and competitive package for the right candidate and will report into the Export Sales Director.
